What do you do when you have $75 million in debt, much of it at very high interest rates? What a mess. Will the Quebec goverment continue to want to pour more money into this one? Probably not. So many option traders follow this stock and most are afraid to buy either Call or Put Options on it because their premiums are so expensive.
